- By Bus/Train: Reach the Tour Eiffel Bus-stop and take Bus no. 30. Get off at Charles De Gaulle - Etoile - Wagram Bus-stop and take a 2-minute walk to Charles De Gaulle - Etoile Metro Station. Take Line A Metro to Marne-La-Vallée Chessy metro station. From here, Disneyland Paris will be a 2-minute walk.

- The Eiffel Tower is wheelchair and stroller accessible with the exception of the top or the summit for safety reasons. Only foldable strollers are allowed.
- Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs, guide dogs, and emotional support animals. Medical proof of need may be required for admission of these animals. The animals must always be kept on a leash and remain under the care of the owner.
- Misbehaviour and other socially unacceptable behaviour, may lead management at Disneyland Paris and Eiffel Tower to take the necessary action including informing the police, filing a complaint or removing the visitor from the premises without any sort of compensation, refund or claim.
- It is forbidden to take pictures with flashes or film with lights at the attractions and shows at Disneyland Paris.Disneyland Paris Management reserves the right to limit, refuse entry or evacuate either park due to peak attendance, for any safety reasons or in case of “force majeure”.
- Certain attractions at Disneyland Paris require that visitors should be free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or any other condition likely to be aggravated by these adventures.
- Height restrictions apply to certain attractions and rides at Disneyland Paris.
- At Disneyland Paris, certain attractions or shows use lighting effects and notably strobe and flashing lights which may cause problems for visitors suffering from photo-sensitivity.
- Any picture, video, sound recording or photo taken by a visitor may be used only for personal purposes. For commercial photography, prior written authorisation is required.
- Please note that the time slots may be subject to slight variations, and we will allocate a time slot available within a 30-minute window before or after your initial selection.
- It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- In rare instances, the Summit of the Eiffel Tower may be temporarily closed due to situations such as inclement weather or other circumstances.
