Must Know Before You Go for Disneyland® Paris Tickets

Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. Foreign nationals need to carry their passport as a proof of identity.
Disneyland Paris reserves the right to screen you and your personal belongings before entry and/or inside the premises. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this inspection.
Large packages, suitcases, bags, and containers are not permitted at both the attractions.
Animals are not allowed inside the parks, with the exception of assistance dogs, guide dogs, and emotional support animals. Medical proof of need may be required for admission of these animals. The animals must always be kept on a leash and remain under the care of the owner.
Misbehaviour and other socially unacceptable behaviour, may lead management at Disneyland Paris to take the necessary action including informing the police, filing a complaint or removing the visitor from the premises without any compensation, refund or claim.
It is forbidden to take pictures with flashes or film with lights at the attractions and shows.
Disneyland Paris Management reserves the right to limit, refuse entry or evacuate either park due to peak attendance, for any safety reasons or in case of “force majeure”.
Certain attractions at Disneyland Paris require that visitors should be free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or any other condition likely to be aggravated by these adventures.
Height restrictions apply to certain attractions and rides.
Certain attractions or shows use lighting effects and notably strobe and flashing lights which may cause problems for visitors suffering from photo-sensitivity.
Any picture, video, sound recording or photo taken by a visitor may be used only for personal purposes. For commercial photography, prior written authorisation is required.
Please note that the time slots may be subject to slight variations, and we will allocate a time slot available within a 30-minute window before or after your initial selection.
